Other factors may also be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.

On admission, the following are required:

On admission, the following are required:
- Cash Payment of admission fees Two hundred and fifty thousand shillings. (UGX 250,000)
- Learner assessment before class allocation (KG3-Year 5)
- Complete a copy of an Application form with supporting documents listed below
- Student Health record details
- Two current passport-size photographs of the child
- Two current passport-size photographs of the parents
- Photocopy of the National Identity cards for parents
- Photocopy of learner's Birth Certificate
- A photocopy of the Passport (foreign students)
- Photocopy of Immunization card
